# One item's history: `GET /v1/datasets/{name}/history`

The item and its change-only history: one row per period its values
held, with ``first_seen`` and ``last_seen`` days. One credit per call.

Parameters:

- `name` (string; required)
- `item_id` (string; required; min length 1, max length 300)

Base URL: `https://api.scrapercompany.com`. Auth: send your key in the `x-api-key` header. A failed request (4xx or 5xx) or an empty result costs 0 credits.
