# Sixt car rental: `POST /v1/cars/sixt`

Cost: 4 credits (4 per search (no offers, an unknown branch and failed requests are free)). Docs: https://scrapercompany.com/docs/reference/sixt-cars

Car-rental offers from Sixt's own fleet at one branch.

One branch (`location` text such as `LAX`, or `branch_id` like
`BRANCH:40352`) and a rental window. Each offer has the car, ACRISS
code, class, the rental `total` (gross, as sixt.com shows it) with
`total_net` and `total_tax`, the gross price per day, seats, bags and
mileage. A pick-up too soon or outside what the branch sells is a 422; an
unknown branch a 404.

Request body (JSON):

- `pickup` (string (date-time); required): Pick-up date and local time, `YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM`.
- `dropoff` (string (date-time); required): Drop-off date and local time, `YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM`; same place as pick-up.
- `currency` (string; optional; default USD; min length 3, max length 3): Currency of every price.
- `limit` (integer; optional; default 100; min 1, max 1000): Offers to return, cheapest first.
- `location` (string | null; optional; min length 2, max length 120): Airport code, city or address, looked up with Sixt's own search box. Ignored with branch_id.
- `branch_id` (string | null; optional; pattern ^BRANCH:\d{1,9}$): Sixt branch id (`BRANCH:40352` is Los Angeles airport): `branch_id` of a result from `POST /v1/cars/sixt/locations`.
