Email [email protected]. Tell us the account email, what you ran (the endpoint or tool and its inputs), what you expected and what happened. Never send an API key or a password: we will never ask for one.

ScraperCompany connects to Claude and other assistants as an MCP server. The assistant can then look up live hotel, vacation-rental and flight prices, availability and guest reviews for you. The tools offered to assistants only read public travel data and your own credit balance. Each tool call uses credits from your ScraperCompany account.

• Connect: add the ScraperCompany connector in your assistant, sign in with your ScraperCompany account (email and password, or Google) and choose Allow. A new account is created by Google sign-in if you do not have one. Setup details are in the MCP server docs.
• Disconnect: open Dashboard > Connected apps and choose Disconnect. The assistant loses access at once. Removing the connector in the assistant's own settings also stops it from calling the tools.
• Out of credits: a tool answers that the account is out of credits or at a spending limit. Check your balance and limits in the dashboard.
• Sign-in loops or errors: sign in at scrapercompany.com/login first, then connect again. If it still fails, email us the time it happened and the assistant you used.
