Rakuten Travel name search

Rakuten Travel hotel numbers for a hotel name, from Rakuten's own keyword search, with the hotel_no POST /v1/ota/rakuten takes. Rakuten lists hotels under Japanese names only, so an English name with no match is looked up on Yahoo! Travel for its Japanese name and searched again (translated says so). No candidate is free.
