One row per period: the latest filed value (restatements win), with the fiscal year and period of the report that first gave it, the form, filing date and accession number. A quarter filed only inside year-to-date sums (cash flow, and every fourth quarter) is the difference of two sums and is marked derived. concepts adds any other XBRL concept as filed. Companies that file no XBRL are a 404.
