Every industry we cover

Car-rental pricing changes by the hour and by the day of pick-up, and it differs between the aggregators and the suppliers’ own sites. Rental operators, travel apps and mobility analysts need both views, for many locations and dates, without maintaining scrapers for booking flows built to resist them.

Look up the place or branch once, then ask for offers for any pick-up and drop-off window. DiscoverCars returns offers from many suppliers at the location; Sixt returns its own fleet with gross, net and tax. A search with no offers and an unknown place cost nothing.

The blocks are our problem

  • Blocks and bot checks. A block, a rate limit or a bot-check page is detected and the request is retried automatically; you get the answer, not the failed attempts.
  • Rate limits and IP addresses are handled for you. There is nothing to buy, rotate or warm up.
  • Site changes are ours to fix. Every hour, live checks call the routes customers rely on most against the real sites.
  • Failed calls are free. You pay a fixed credit price only for results.

Which car-rental sites are covered?

DiscoverCars, which lists offers from many suppliers, and Sixt’s own site. Both take a pick-up place, a pick-up and drop-off time, and return the offers for that window.

How do I name the location?

Use the locations lookup with an airport code or a city name. It returns the place or branch id the offers call takes; no match is free.

Can I price dates in the past?

No. Pick-up dates must be in the future; a past date is refused without charge.

What if the site I need is not listed?

Use the web scraping endpoint: any public URL as HTML, markdown or text, 1 credit a page (5 when the page needs its JavaScript run). Blocks, rate limits and bot checks are retried for you, and a page that does not come back costs nothing.

Do failed requests cost credits?

No. A failed or blocked call (any 4xx or 5xx response) costs 0 credits, and so does a search page that comes back empty. You pay only for successful results.

How do I get an API key?

Create an account on the sign-up page and verify your email. You get a free trial of 50 calls or 14 days, whichever ends first, no card needed on the travel endpoints (hotels, rentals, flights, reviews); for everything else, and after the trial, buy a credit pack (from $15) or pick a plan. You create and rotate keys yourself in the dashboard.
