Real estate scraping API

Real estate scraping API for listings and rental prices

Homes for sale and to rent from the UK and Australian property portals, and short-let prices and availability from Airbnb and Vrbo, as structured listings on one key.

7,500 credits, one-time. No subscription. Failed calls are free. The free trial covers the travel endpoints.

Every industry we cover

Investors, agents and proptech teams watch listings to price homes, spot new stock the day it appears and measure what a property would earn as a short let. The portals do not offer open APIs for that, and their pages are among the most heavily protected on the web.

The property endpoints return each listing with its asking price as displayed, bedrooms, property type, address and coordinates, for sale or to rent. The rental endpoints add what the same area earns as a short let: nightly prices, availability calendars and reviews. For a portal not listed here, the web scraping endpoint fetches any public search or listing page.

The blocks are our problem

  • Blocks and bot checks. A block, a rate limit or a bot-check page is detected and the request is retried automatically; you get the answer, not the failed attempts.
  • Rate limits and IP addresses are handled for you. There is nothing to buy, rotate or warm up.
  • Site changes are ours to fix. Every hour, live checks call the routes customers rely on most against the real sites.
  • Failed calls are free. You pay a fixed credit price only for results.

What teams build, and what it costs

Illustrative jobs priced from the credit schedule, 30 days a month. Failed calls would cost nothing.

New listings in your patch every morning

An agency pulls the newest sale listings for 40 UK postcodes from Rightmove and OnTheMarket each day.

  • 40 Rightmove result pages a day, POST /v1/rightmove/search
  • 40 OnTheMarket result pages a day, POST /v1/onthemarket/search

4,800 credits a month

Fits the Starter plan ($49 a month)

What would it earn as a short let?

An investor prices 20 candidate properties against nearby Airbnb listings each week, reading a priced calendar for the closest comparables.

  • 10 Airbnb priced calendars a day, POST /v1/airbnb/calendar

3,600 credits a month

Fits the Starter plan ($49 a month)

Estimate your own volume

Which property portals are covered?

Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket in the UK, and Domain in Australia, for sale and (where the portal has them) rentals. Airbnb and Vrbo cover short lets worldwide.

What does a listing include?

The asking price as the portal displays it, bedrooms, property type, the address and coordinates where the portal shows them, and the listing link. Fields a portal does not show are null, never guessed.

Can I get US listings?

There is no ready-made US portal endpoint yet. The web scraping endpoint fetches public search and listing pages from any site, as HTML, markdown or text, for you to parse.

What if the site I need is not listed?

Use the web scraping endpoint: any public URL as HTML, markdown or text, 1 credit a page (5 when the page needs its JavaScript run). Blocks, rate limits and bot checks are retried for you, and a page that does not come back costs nothing.

Do failed requests cost credits?

No. A failed or blocked call (any 4xx or 5xx response) costs 0 credits, and so does a search page that comes back empty. You pay only for successful results.

How do I get an API key?

Create an account on the sign-up page and verify your email. You get a free trial of 50 calls or 14 days, whichever ends first, no card needed on the travel endpoints (hotels, rentals, flights, reviews); for everything else, and after the trial, buy a credit pack (from $15) or pick a plan. You create and rotate keys yourself in the dashboard.

Start with 50 free calls

Create an account and verify your email: your own API keys and a free trial of 50 calls or 14 days, whichever ends first, no card needed. Then buy a credit pack from $15 or pick a plan from $49 a month.
