Review scraping API

Review scraping API for every place customers talk

Reviews of companies, software, apps, products and hotels from the sites where customers leave them, with rating, text, date and author, paged and as JSON on one key.

7,500 credits, one-time. No subscription. Failed calls are free. The free trial covers the travel endpoints.

Every industry we cover

Reputation and voice-of-customer work starts with getting the reviews out: every new one, from every site, in one shape. Each review site paginates differently, hides some fields behind scripts and limits how fast you can read, so a homemade collector spends most of its life being repaired.

Here each source has an endpoint that pages through reviews and returns the same core fields: rating, title, text, date and author, plus what that site adds (the TrustScore, developer replies on app reviews, Verified Purchase labels on Amazon). Feed them to your own model for sentiment and topics, or read them as they come.

The blocks are our problem

  • Blocks and bot checks. A block, a rate limit or a bot-check page is detected and the request is retried automatically; you get the answer, not the failed attempts.
  • Rate limits and IP addresses are handled for you. There is nothing to buy, rotate or warm up.
  • Site changes are ours to fix. Every hour, live checks call the routes customers rely on most against the real sites.
  • Failed calls are free. You pay a fixed credit price only for results.

Estimate your own volume

Which review sites are covered?

Trustpilot (companies), G2 (software), Google Play and the Apple App Store (apps), Amazon and Walmart (products), and Tripadvisor, Booking.com, Expedia and other travel sites (hotels and rentals).

Do you do the sentiment analysis?

The API returns the reviews as written, with their ratings and dates. Scoring and summarising is left to your model, so you choose how it is done.

How do I get only new reviews?

Ask for the newest first and stop paging when you reach a review you already have. Each page is one call, and an empty page is free.

What if the site I need is not listed?

Use the web scraping endpoint: any public URL as HTML, markdown or text, 1 credit a page (5 when the page needs its JavaScript run). Blocks, rate limits and bot checks are retried for you, and a page that does not come back costs nothing.

Do failed requests cost credits?

No. A failed or blocked call (any 4xx or 5xx response) costs 0 credits, and so does a search page that comes back empty. You pay only for successful results.

How do I get an API key?

Create an account on the sign-up page and verify your email. You get a free trial of 50 calls or 14 days, whichever ends first, no card needed on the travel endpoints (hotels, rentals, flights, reviews); for everything else, and after the trial, buy a credit pack (from $15) or pick a plan. You create and rotate keys yourself in the dashboard.

Start with 50 free calls

Create an account and verify your email: your own API keys and a free trial of 50 calls or 14 days, whichever ends first, no card needed. Then buy a credit pack from $15 or pick a plan from $49 a month.
